LOGISTICS
Coaching takes place during confidential conversations, typically conducted over the telephone. This provides convenience and removes the limitations of geography. The coaching relationship starts with a complimentary sample session, which allows the coach and client to experience how they will work together. Once an agreement to work together has been made, initial sessions are set up to build the foundation of the coaching relationship and a regular call schedule is established.
