Since I began my coaching relationship with Maria 7 months ago, it has had an extraordinary impact on my life. From the beginning I felt complete trust in her and I knew at all times that she was 100% behind me as I started to grow by leaps and bounds in both my personal and professional life. Her coaching skills are amazing and she combines them with shining spiritual support that feels like unconditional love and a great sense of humor.

I now see that it is my own choices that determine my life and that I have the power to create a joyful and meaningful one for myself. My goals are being reached with ease and with a tremendous amount of joy and appreciation for myself, and the path I’m on. The biggest change is that I now have a friendly, encouraging, supportive voice inside me that accompanies me instead of a harsh, critical, and demeaning one. Externally the results have been the permanent loss of 20 lbs which I have been carrying for over 30 years, successful retirement and transition from a full time job to creating a coaching business which I have been able to creatively design to work for me, and positive/constructive changes in my relationships with the people I love. The differences in the way I see and react to things has led to a new way of being in the world which in turn has manifested itself into positive changes in all aspects of my life. I feel like I want to share Maria with everyone I care about and I recommend her unconditionally as a coach.
